We supply all products in carton quantity, you can buy individual cartons.
Q: Can I get samples? How to order?

Q: Where do you ship from?
We ship from Shanghai Port, China. Use our “Estimated Shipping” tool to calculate the shipping costs associated with your order.

Q: Do I need a loading dock to receive pallets?
Owning a loading dock has its advantages. It makes our trucks easier to deliver, saves on shipping costs, and makes it easier for you to move and store your pallets. If you do not have a loading dock, we can ship pallets through the liftgate. The driver will load your pallet onto a platform and lower it to street level for exit. You are responsible for transporting the pallet from there. Click here to see an example of an overhead door.
Q: How do I know the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. You can also click here and select “Order Status Check” to get the latest status update on your order.
Q: What if my tracking information shows that my package was delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it:
The carrier may, at their sole discretion, place the shipment in a secure location, so be sure to check areas such as front porches, side doors, back porches, or near the garage
Look for notifications about delivery attempts.
If you still cannot find your package, you must notify Afshan within 5 days of the carrier delivery date so we can begin tracking and shipping your replacement product using UPS.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Any of our items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if:
item is in pristine condition
Item in original box
Clearance items (marked as remaining) and special order items are not accepted
All returns subject to approval
Any issues regarding damaged goods or shortages must be resolved within 30 days of the ship date
If these conditions are met, the customer will return the freight to our company. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue a refund less a 30% restocking fee. If these conditions are not met, no letter of credit will be issued to the customer.
Please inspect all packages upon arrival and contact us immediately for any damaged products by clicking the “Start a Support Ticket” link under the “Service & Resources” tab. We will replace any damaged products as soon as possible.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all methods of payment including Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, TT (Bitcoin is not supported).
Q: How often are items returned and how do I know if an item I purchased has been returned?
Backorders are rare, but if a requested item is backordered, we will contact our customer via email as soon as possible. We cannot necessarily guarantee any shipping date then, but we will do our best to provide you with an accurate estimated arrival date.
Q: Who is responsible for paying duties, duties, and duties?
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a quotation or invoice, purchase prices exclude taxes, customs and import or export charges, duties and duties.

You should always test your product in the container of choice before use.
Q: Why is my sprayer/pump tube longer than the bottle?
We stock a large number of bottles in different heights but with similar neck finishes to fit the same pump or sprayer. It can be difficult to maintain a sufficient number of pumps or sprayers with the correct tube length to fit each bottle type. Also, tube length preferences may vary from customer to customer. Instead, we equipped our pumps and sprayers with longer tubes to accommodate our larger proportions of stock containers. If you are interested, we can cut the tube for you before shipping. Simply select the Dip Tube Cut option and we will contact you with dip tube specifications.
